DNA Interest Group

The MGS DNA Interest Group, approved in 2014, provides a forum for discussing and learning about DNA testing and its uses for genealogists and family history enthusiasts. The group meets ten times a year (skipping July and October). Meetings have been held online on the first Sunday of the month at 1 pm, except for months when the first Sunday falls during a holiday weekend.

The DNA Interest Group posts meeting and program information, along with DNA news of interest to members, in its private Facebook group.
